Reseller Guide
Complete reseller console index covering analytics, finance, customers, pricing, model catalogues, growth, announcements, tickets, teams, branding, domains and email delivery.
This guide is for reseller administrators. After signing in, open Personal → Agent Console. Only reseller accounts and authorised sub-admins see this entry.
Complete feature map
The console currently has ten independently grantable modules. The reseller owner can use all modules; sub-admins see only those assigned by the owner.
| Module | What you can do | Highlight |
|---|---|---|
| Analytics | Requests, tokens, trends, top models, top customers and failure logs | Trace business results down to failed requests |
| Finance | Wallet, frozen balance, customer receipts, consumption, procurement, monthly statements, commission and settlement | Separate prepaid funds, receivables and reference profit for reconciliation |
| Users | Create or bind customers, adjust quota, suspend/restore, change groups, control model visibility and reset passwords | Filter by source, payment status and balance range |
| Pricing | Create customer groups, set retail pricing and visible models | Sell the same upstream capability at different customer tiers |
| LLM API (SaaS) | Publish a governed model catalogue for JavaScript, React SDK or server-side BFF access | One catalogue for SaaS, agents, desktop clients and web chat |
| Redemption & Invite Codes | Bulk codes, invite registration, waitlists and time-limited grants | Campaign acquisition, channel distribution and quota bundles |
| Site announcements | Publish bilingual notices, email customers and control platform notice visibility | Keep platform notices internal, then rephrase them under your brand |
| Support Tickets | Escalate issues to the platform and receive email updates | Every issue has a trackable ticket ID and history |
| Management & Audit | Sub-admin permissions, quota adjustment audit and site operation logs | Module-level separation of duties and traceable changes |
| Settings | Branding, logo, homepage, theme, language, currency, support, navigation, registration, domains, mail server and balance alerts | Keep your brand from first visit through registration and email delivery |
You may see fewer modules: Redemption & Invite Codes is for prepaid resellers; LLM API (SaaS) must be enabled for the reseller; profit figures also require Finance permission.

The most important funding rule
Your wallet balance is a hard prerequisite for every granting action.
Customer top-ups, quota adjustments and redemption-code issuance consume or reserve your prepaid wallet. The system checks available balance again when a customer redeems an issued code. Check wallet and frozen balance before a campaign or bulk issue; see Finance & Reconciliation.
Items requiring platform assistance
- Wallet funding, procurement pricing and commercial terms;
- Online payments, LLM API (SaaS) and special reseller capabilities;
- Reseller provisioning, suspension and billing-mode changes;
- Certificate incidents and the Account Token for platform-managed Postmark domains.
Branding, customers, pricing, codes, announcements, tickets, sub-admins, mail servers and balance alerts are self-service in the reseller console.
